Policies
All cottages accommodate two guests and have in room Jacuzzi's, fireplaces, kitchens, TV/DVD's, complimentary video library of 800 movies.
Breakfast is included for the first two days of any stay. Your table is set in your cottage and breakfast items in the refrigerator, cupboards and under glass domes on the dining table. We know you value your privacy.
Guest telephone and Wii Fii, located in pool house. No phones in cottages.
Reservations are guaranted by payment for the first night's lodging (50% for longer stays).
A deposit is required for confirmation.
30-day cancellation policy with $25.00 cancellation handling fee.
Extra person- 25.00
There is a two night minimum stay on the weekends and one night by chance.
Sorry, but we can't accommodate indoor smoking, pets, or children over four months old.
As a courtesy to all of our guests, there is a non smoking policy in all cottages, except out doors.
